Infinix S2 Specs, Features Review and Price in Nigeria
Infinix mobility has done it again with the release of Infinix hot s2 and s2 pro which are the successors of the popular infinix hot s smartphone. One of the major updated features on this phone is the camera – which features a two new cameras. A 13MP beauty camera complimented by a 8MP camera with 135º wide-angle lens. My Review of Infinix S2 (Pro)
This review is going to be based on the features you see above, i will be considering some of the features one by one to elaborate more on what them.
Camera
Both infinix hot s2 and s2 pro has a dual front camera, one is 13MP and the other is 8MP (135° Wide Angle). There is not front flash support on these phones but the phone comes with what is called ‘Fill in Light’ which enables brightness to be adjusted. This front camera enables you to shoot a photo with a wide angle (135°) which is work of the second 8MP camera.

At the rear side of the infinix hot S2 (pro) you will see the 13 MP camera and the Dual LED flash which allows you take ab amazingly bright photos with a resolution of up to 4160 * 3120 pixels. You can also shoot a 1080 pixel videos at 30 frames per second using this camera.
Display
Infinix hot s2 (pro) has a display that is 5.2 inches in size and spots a HD resolution of 720 * 1280 Pixels. The display type or technology is IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with 16 million colors support. This display is very good for watching movies, playing games and also viewing pictures as it makes everything to look crisp and sharp.
Storage is not a problem on these phones, infinix hot s2 spots a 16GB of internal space for storing videos, photos, musics and other import files, while on the Hot s2 Pro its 32GB. This is one of the key difference between infinix hot s2 and hot s2 pro, all other features are exactly the same except RAM. Multitasking on these phones are also very fast, this is made possible by the 2GB of RAM on Hot s2 and 3GB of RAM on Hot s2 pro. This ensures that they wont be any hassle while trying to switch between apps.
Another import feature that makes this phone to run very fast is the processor. The processor on this phone is 64 bit octa core which means apps and games will run faster on this phone compared to a non 64 bit phone.
Battery and OS
The 3000 mAh battery on this phone coupled with a fast charging capability and a power efficient OS which is tweaked to use less power makes this phone to endure very well. The phone’s OS version is XOS base android 6.0 marshmallow which is the recently released android firmware packed with numerous functionalities, there is also support for upgrading this phone to latest version of android which is Nougat.
Both infinix hot s2 and s2 pro has support for 4G LTE which makes surfing the web a breeze with its lightening speed internet connection. At rear side of this phone is the fingerprint sensor which is said to unlock the phone with just a tap at o.o2 seconds. With this the time taken to unlock phones via password and patterns has been shortened with this technology. Fingerprint sensors also serve multiple purpose, it can been used in securing online account and also making payments online using apps like google wallet and other related apps.
